We score real estate pipelines and hand back call lists. We keep the results we produce for you, not your raw data. We don't sell data, we don't run ads, we don't use tracking cookies, and nothing you give us is used to train AI models.
When you upload a CRM export, we process it once to produce your audit and then delete the file, immediately and automatically. The results page is kept for a few hours so you can read it, then it is deleted too. What we keep afterwards: your email address, the agency name you typed, and how many rows were scored. We keep that so we know who ran an audit and can follow up; that's the deal for a free audit.
For subscribing agencies we process your pipeline each run and keep the outputs: the ranked call lists, scores and suggested openers we produced for you. Your raw pipeline is read fresh each run and is not stored between runs. Each client's data is separated; no client can ever see another's.
The files agencies give us contain information about their vendors (names, phone numbers, notes). We process that on the agency's behalf, only to produce the agency's call list, and for no other purpose. It stays the agency's data.
Scoring uses Claude, an AI service by Anthropic. The relevant rows are sent to Anthropic's API to be read and scored, and their API terms do not permit our data to be used for training their models. This is the same class of service used by banks and law firms; it reads, scores, and forgets.
Our server is in Sydney, Australia; that's where processing and storage happen. Two service providers sit outside Australia: Anthropic (the AI step above) and SendGrid, which delivers our emails (sign-in codes, call lists, contact messages). Both receive only what's needed to do their one job.
There are no passwords. Signing in uses a code we email you, and staying signed in uses a single session cookie. That cookie is the only cookie on this site; there are no analytics or advertising trackers.
Audit uploads: deleted the moment scoring finishes. Audit results: a few hours. Contact messages: in our inbox like any email. Client call lists: for as long as you're a client. Server backups: 14 days, then overwritten. Audit lead records (email, agency, row counts): until you ask us to remove them.
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it; the contact page is enough, and a human answers. If you believe we've mishandled your information and we haven't fixed it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes get a plain-English note here, not buried fine print.
