Your next listing is already in your CRM.
SellerSignal finds it.
Every week SellerSignal reads your whole pipeline: the notes your team wrote, the stages, the email opens, the long silences. You get back a ranked list of the calls most worth making this week, each with a reason to call that vendor drawn from their own history, so the call opens itself.
Upload your CRM's spreadsheet export and get your top calls back in a few minutes. No signup, no card, and your file is deleted the moment it is scored.
Monday morning, ranked
Sample dataScored out of 100 on how much a call is worth this week, with the opener drawn from that vendor's own history.
- 1 91 12 Wattlebird St, Ashvale 0-3 months (unconfirmed) “You asked us to check back around now about an appraisal. How are you placed?”
- 2 89 4/88 Harbourline Rd, Norton Appraised, in limbo “Since the appraisal you've been back on our site twice. Worth a fresh figure on the unit?”
- 3 87 36 Cedar Grove, Millbank Moving into 0-3 months “Last time we spoke you were waiting on the granny flat approval. Did that come through?”
How it works
No integration project, no IT departmentStart with a spreadsheet
Every CRM exports contacts to a CSV: Rex, VaultRE, AgentBox, Eagle, HubSpot, all of them. That is the entire setup. Some CRMs can be read directly instead, which sees more than an export ever will, but nobody needs that to start. Find out whether your CRM can be connected.
Every deal gets read, not counted
Each vendor is read the way a good salesperson would read them: what they said last time, what they were waiting on, whether they have gone quiet or started browsing again. Then scored from 0 to 100 on how much this week's call is worth.
Your team works the top of the list
Monday morning the ranked list is on your dashboard, with the reason to call and the argument against calling for each vendor. Your best people spend the week on vendors who are warming up instead of working the database alphabetically.
Q&A
What happens to your data?
If you run the free audit, your file is scored and then deleted. The results page stays up for six hours so you can read it, then that goes too. We keep your email, agency name and which CRM you use. Not your vendors.
If you are a weekly client, the only thing we keep is the call lists we produce for you, and those stay on your dashboard for as long as you are with us. Your pipeline is read fresh every run, so nothing about your vendors sits between them.
Either way, nothing is used to train any AI model, nothing is ever sold or shared, and there is no advertising, no tracking cookies and no third-party scripts on this site at all.
One thing you should hear from us rather than find out later: our server is in Sydney, but the scoring step sends the relevant record details, including your notes, to Anthropic in the United States. So this is not Australia-only processing. The privacy policy spells out exactly what goes where.
Which CRMs does it work with?
All of them, because it works from your export file rather than plugging into your CRM. If it can export a spreadsheet, and every CRM can, it can be scored, and nobody needs anything more than that to start.
Some CRMs can also be read directly, which sees considerably more than an export does. Which ones changes, so tell us what you run rather than us publishing a list that goes stale. The next question covers what connecting actually involves.
What does connecting your CRM involve, and is it safe?
A read-only key that you create inside your own CRM and can revoke whenever you like. Nothing is installed, no software touches your machines, and it is a five-minute job rather than an integration project.
We only ever read, and that is enforced rather than promised. The key we ask for carries read access to deals, contacts and notes and nothing else, so creating, changing or deleting a record in your CRM is not something we could do by accident or by choice. No vendor is ever contacted by us. Revoke the key in your CRM and our access stops immediately, without asking us first.
Worth it because an export leaves the most useful part behind. The site visits, the opened emails, the vendor who quietly came back after a year of silence: none of that survives a spreadsheet, and all of it changes who belongs at the top of your list. Tell us which CRM you run and we will tell you where yours stands.
What does it cost?
The audit is free: no card, no catch. Ongoing weekly scoring is a flat monthly fee per office rather than per agent, with no lock-in contract, and it is sized against what a single recovered listing is worth. Tell us roughly how many open contacts you hold and we will give you the figure for your office.
How do I know the scores aren't just made up?
You don't have to take our word for anything, and that is the point of the audit. Upload your export, read the list, and judge whether the names at the top make sense to the person who knows the pipeline best, which is you. The audit also tells you how much your CRM actually says: where your team has written down what a vendor told them we can be specific, and where nobody wrote anything down we say so instead of guessing quietly.
What does it not do?
It does not contact your vendors, it does not decide anything on your behalf, and it does not promise anyone will list. It puts your pipeline in order and hands your team a reason to pick up the phone. The judgement stays with the agent, which is where it belongs.
See it on your own pipeline, then run it weekly
Start free. Upload an export and SellerSignal reads the whole file, scores the 25 records most likely to be worth a call, and hands back the vendors to ring this week. A few minutes, no card, and your file is deleted as soon as it is scored.
Then weekly. Your pipeline is scored every week and the ranked list is on your dashboard on Monday morning. A flat monthly fee per office rather than per agent, no lock-in contract. Where your CRM can be read directly there is nothing to export at all: it just arrives.
